Synopsis
Hundred years ago, "Titan", the natural enemy of human appeared. This specie has more powerful, more abilities and bigger than human. They consume human as their food...that made human nearly extinct, remain just some groups of them...Survived human made the high walls to divide their living areas and protect themselves from Titan. They have had a peaceful life for 100 years because Titan can't destroy through the walls into human's areas...Until one day, among panic of people, Titan who higher than 50 metres appeared!? (Which also higher than the height of the walls)...
Eren Yeager (Elen Jaeger), a boy who has such a bitter past, decided to register for apprentice military (Training Corps) and aims to be one member of "The Survey Corps" and would like to hunt Titan by himself.

Story and context
In this story, will tell about the World during a crucial crisis because human becoming extinct and remains only some groups. They made 50 metres height wall in three circle rows which are 'Wall Shena' (Sheena; Sina) which is the inner wall and the smallest one. Next to Wall Shena is 'Wall Rose' (Rosé) which is the middle wall. The last one is 'Wall Maria' which is the outer wall, biggest wall and has most populations live there. Each wall has some specific areas which can be considered as frontier (or fortress). Those areas have their entrance which linkage with outside, it also has only the door and the surrounding wall that separate people in these areas and Titans.Shigunshina (Shiganshina) district is one of fortress areas that Eren, Mikasa and Armin live there. There are some soldiers have their duty to guard the entrance, but Eren quite unsatisfied to see that they always seems like they don't care about their duty. In facts, human have peacefully life, have adequate food and can live for 100 years...
Until one day, special Titan who has more than 50 metres height...which higher than the wall, appears amongst humanity's shock...

Hanji Zoe (Hange Zoë) - The chief of the Survey Corps' Research. Fanatical woman of Titan's education. If it is about Titan, she can talk and describe it the whole night until the sunrise.

My opinion
In my opinion after finished 25 chapters of this Anime, this can be considered as a clearly image of satirise to society about castes and classes of people. That this Anime reflects this point through three circle rows of the walls...It seems that people who live in outer wall (or live in Wall Maria) have the highest risk for dangerous to face Titan that sometimes they've directly faced with Titan and have seen people get eaten by Titan right in front of their eyes. This situation is different with people who live in middle wall (Wall Rose) and the inner wall (Wall Sheena), that these people always have a luxurious and joyous life by not even care others except their groups...
Besides of the clearly social reflects as mentioned, the story line also has excitement and attract to follow up itself that probably made audiences shocked since the end of first chapter. This Anime also has various unique characters who have different characteristics. Likewise, those characters have a development of their thinking and their action, which were made and looks real. Because in human's life always surrounding by several types of people which include people who can sacrifice themselves for others, people who don't care anyone except their beloved, or people who don't care about any life and care only external assets.
Readers who interested in, or prefer to try Anime which reflects heavy social issues, along with action and fun, author recommend 'Shingeki no Kyojin' for you. Readers also has a possibility to follow up and cheer up the characters that how can they survive from those Titans, how many Titans which they can eliminate, and how about this society at last. ^_^
